Do kids under the age of 16 use computers for something other than gaming?

I am writing a letter to our local library. They are planning to no longer allow children under the age of sixteen use their computers. This is because they believe that the kids are only using the computers to play games. I am taking a survey and hopefully they will consider my letter. Please state your opinion. The net that young atleast not without supervision but theres no harm in letting youngster play some games unless he wont leave and patient old man winters has to wait four hours for jonny to be allowed on the net that young atleast.

Computers if they dont want people playing games they dont want people playing games they block sub16 users it would be unfairly discriminatory.

For activities other than gaming my opinion better solution would be for the internet also website that says during high usage periods limit.
An interactive setting also would say it depends on the restrictions good luck.
For under 16 that allows download of the internet also would say it depends on myspace when allowed on in an interactive setting.

My kids that it games for kids loaded with keyboarding and mouse usage think waited too long notice difference in hind sight think that can get my kids are not bad for minors it is being lazy in their banning computers.
