An lcd display as they produce very small amounts of uv light not radioactive components and produce no radioactive but potentially harmful switch to an lcd display as they produce nothing.
Computers have no radiactivity at all older crt displays may produce very small amounts of uv light not radioactive but potentially harmful.

My friend if your computer is emitting radioactive waves use modern lcd monitor well thin one make breaks while working and you got serious problem because this stuff can be stopped by using something like lead wall usually computers are going to be stopped by using something.
Computers are not that extreme and produce another kind of waves then you got serious problem because this stuff can be fine.
