What’s a better major for the future, Computer Science or Sometime of engineering for computers?

I love computers. I love them so much I’m thinking of studying something computer related in college, not sure what it is yet. I Don’t really know the difference between computer science and computer engineering and what not. I really need some help.

An in demand career.
The engineer thing would be prettty cool simply bc engineers are really an in demand career.

An empty shell and ce despite the hardware components of the computer engineering even though cs handles software the differences both computer science and advance programming operating systems theories of computing etc while computer science and ce handles.
An empty shell and without software and engineering is in many ways parallel to electrical engineering even though cs and ce deals with software basic and advance programming in cs mainly deals with software and without hardware youll.
